Shipping policy

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, EU, CA, AUS.

We go the extra mile to get all orders fulfilled and successfully delivered as soon as possible, expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

* Order processing time: 1-3 business days. (Please allow us some time to process your order)

* Standard shipping: 5-8 business days
* Express shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note：Usually the delivery time is 3-8 days. During busy occasions like Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, or Christmas, production and delivery times may be extended. 

International Orders:
It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We do not influence the customs process and we apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. Our is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at support@lxbni.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
